We are looking for Care Workers to join our team. We have an attractive new pay scheme we think you will all like and hope you can take advantage of!
Up to 16hrs worked:
On week days you will be paid GBP9 per hour and GBP9.50 weekend.
17 - 24 hours a week worked:
GBP9.25 weekdays GBP9.75 weekends
25 - 35 hours a week worked:
GBP9.50 weekdays and GBP10 weekends.
35+ hours a week worked
GBP9.75 weekdays and GBP10.25 weekends
Anything taken on as overtime (picking up calls/shifts) you will be paid GBP10.50 ph weekdays and GBP11 on weekends.
For walkers to be picked up and dropped off you will be paid on top of your wage as follows:
GBP5 pick up/drop off
This is NOT JUST contact time we pay TRAVEL TIME TOO
