This is a fantastic newly created opportunity as we approach a return to office working. The purpose of the role is to support the four unique pillars of Health, Proximity, Confidence and Contactless. The role will be the visual reminder on all measures that have been taken to ensure our colleagues' safety. The ideal candidate will have a hospitality or service orientated background and will a positive attitude to safety of others.
We have a number of different shift patterns available including nights and weekends.
The successful candidate will have;
Energetic, Enthusiastic and Confident
A service orientated attitude.
Experience within a hospitality or facilities or customer service environment
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent, and clear knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental issues
Converse with peers in a genuine, professional and confident manner
The ability to work unsupervised to time scales and under pressure
Proficient in all aspects of MS Office (Outlook, Excel etc) and able to pick up internal systems.You would be expected to;
Welcome colleagues to the building, briefing them on all the HSE of the site and new ways of working
Routine questions of well-being, encourage use of sanitiser wipes
Encourage colleagues follow all the new safety measures that are in place
First port of call for all colleagues in terms of questions, concerns and needs and offer support in times of uncertainty
Support flow and management of security access points and lifts at peak times
Maintain safe and clean reception area
Ensure that the floor hygiene checklists are completed
Routine checks that sanitiser wipes & hand sanitiser are available
Main point of contact for all Barclays employees on the floor; answer questions, help with requests
Handle any administrative tasks/requests for the floor as needed
