Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Co-Ordinator to join our busy growing Temporaries Recruitment Division. Baltic Recruitment offer a tailored recruitment service and access to the most qualified talent to meet our Client's temporary, interim and or permanent recruitment needs. Each of our niche industry divisions have a dedicated team of experienced individuals that share a passion, drive and enthusiasm for each sector.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with our Account Managers and Recruitment Consultants.

Recruitment Co-Ordinator Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Working closely with our Account Managers and Recruitment Consultants, supporting them and the team with the development and recruitment to Key Client Accounts within the Business
Supporting in candidate attraction, including sourcing candidates across a range of industries using multiple attraction methods
Using job boards, LinkedIn and Social Media to attract candidates
Conducting Telephone Pre-Screens, shortlisting suitable candidates, registration of candidates (face to face) and completing all necessary compliance paperwork including reference checking
Handling a high level of incoming calls from both Client's and Candidate's

Recruitment Co-Ordinator Applicants:

Will enjoy working in a professional team environment and be able to work under pressure, to strict deadlines
Able to work on own initiative
Knowledge of Recruitment tools such as Job Boards, Candidate Attraction, Candidate Registration
Candidates must have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills - both face to face and via telephone
Possess a hands-on approach and have the willingness to sometimes work out of regular office hours when required, to support the business
Candidate must be flexible and adaptable
