We have an opportunity working in our busy Quality Assurance Department as a QA Administrator. This role will provide general administrative support within the QA Validation team as part of ensuring that all validation activities are carried out in line with Company Policies and Procedures. We are looking for an ambitious successor as you will be expected to carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required by the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all validation activities are carried out in compliance with Company policies and regulatory requirements
• Undertake all training and development required of the job role
• Training of lower grade staff in departmental procedures
• Training of staff from other departments in the requirements of the validation system
• Work as a member of the QA Validation team to ensure successful execution of validation activities • Preparation and delivery of documentation for validation projects
• Preparation and maintenance of departmental monitors and the provision of reports of performance against target
• Oversight of project execution, including the issuing of progress reminders for stalled projects
• Overall responsibility for the timely execution of activities required by departmental procedures
• Review and approval of documentation created during the execution of validation projects
• Verification of validation activities during execution of validation projects
• Contribute to the continuing improvement of departments procedures and activities
Essential skills
  • A levels or equivalent in Science or relevant previous experience
  • Experience of working within an Administration function alongside a team
  • Experience of working to deadlines and have an excellent eye for details
  • Computer literate (Excel/Word)
  • Good time management and self-organisation
  • Good data analysis and report writing skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to follow processes
  • Flexible to cope with changing priorities
