A leading Legal 500 law firm seek an experience Property Lawyer to join their established conveyancing team.
The Opportunity:
Working in a team you will handle your own caseload of conveyancing matters. This will be mixed to cover an array of transactions including: sale and purchases; leasehold and freehold properties; new builds; shared ownership; transfer of equity, among others. You will have a designated assistant who will help with a busy caseload. The position has come about due to expansion and the company are dynamic and forward thinking in their approach.
What's needed for me to be considered?
* Possess at least two years conveyancing experience
* Be able to handle your own caseload of at least 50 files
* Good academics
