Lead Mobile Programmer (Android/iOS) - Birmingham - GBP45,000 + Remote
The Role
An innovative mobile technology house are looking for a Lead Mobile Games Programmer to join an established Development team who have offices in the UK and internationally.
You will be working on the full life cycle development from concept to design, build, test and release & working closely with the other Lead Mobile Programmer in supporting the development team. Within your role as a Lead Mobile Programmer you will have natural leadership qualities to support the team, spearhead projects and have autonomy to use your experience and creativity to influence and innovate already successful products whilst having the opportunity to also explore and shape greenfield projects.
Responsibilities
- Deliver across the entire app life cycle - from concept to completion
- Working closely with the other Lead Mobile Programmer
- Supporting the development team
- Conducting one to one reviews remotely, and training the junior developers
- Build, test and release products
- Keep up to date with the latest mobile technology industry trends
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of mobile apps (Android/iOS)
- Leadership experience
- Strong knowledge in professional game development
- Experience in multi-platform development
- Git
- Experience spearheading projects
