Wolf Healthcare are now working with a fantastic Care Provider who are now looking to add a Registered Care Manager to their expanding team. The Care Home supports up to 9 people who have Mental Health needs helping to improve their independence within a supported environment.

Candidate requirements:

* Experienced as a Registered Care Home Manager within a Mental Health Setting

* Experienced in the managing of people, service and quality within Mental Health

* Hold a QCF 5 in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards

* Able to manage dispersed teams

* Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing

* Able to maintain accurate and clear records

* Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative

* Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect

* Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice
