Logistics Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Glasgow, G41 5RS
Salary: GBP23K - GBP25K per annum
Contract: Full time, Permanent

KYFI is an American company which has been going for over 40 years based in Louisville KY and very heavily involved in the import of Bourbon Barrels into Scotland and Ireland for the drinks industry.
KYFI UK opened in 2018 based in Glasgow and although started off as a predominantly an import agent they have now made great in roads in the UK export market with a large focus on the wine & Spirits industry and indeed associated products within this industry.
With this in mind, we are now recruiting for a Logistics Customer Service Coordinator role with at least 1 years' experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding.
About the Logistics Customer Service Coordinator role:
We are looking for a friendly, approachable and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join us on a permanent basis, you will be liaising with ocean carriers and customers to provide end-to-end logistics solutions.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing the operations process of key accounts.
* Overseeing Global import / export orders.
* Organising daily container bookings, shipping, and documentation.
* Processing and responding to all general enquiries from client's, supplier's and overseas offices.
* Delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with all clients.
* Reporting and resolving any operational challenges.
You will need to have:
* A minimum of 1 years' experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding.
* Excellent, demonstrable customer service skills.
* Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written.
