Job Title: Senior Maintenance Engineer/ Engineering Team Leader / Maintenance Team Leader / Engineering Supervisor /Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary: GBP35,000 to GBP38,000 + Competitive Benefits Package
Shift: Days - flexible to work the occasional weekend for project work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Engineer or Team Leader who is looking to take a step up into management.

Key Duties
Engage and motivate a skilled team of engineers
Develop, implement and review of preventative maintenance systems.
Promotion, development and implementation of continuous improvement culture.
Assist in the control of engineering expenditure in compliance with budget constraints.
Manage projects as part of the site capital project plans
Skills & Experience
Ideally, you will be time served engineer with either Electrical or Mechanical Qualifications (HNC. HND, Degree preferred)
Experience of leading an Engineering / Maintenance team is a distinct advantage, however this is not essential.
18th Edition is a distinct advantage.
A proven track record of managing projects.
Experience of working with highly automated plc controlled equipment
Experience of designing, implementing and managing PPM and TPM systems
Salary & Benefits
GBP35,000 to GBP38,000
