Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager required to join care home / nursing home based in the Aylesbury area.

Our client prefers to hire an experienced Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager. Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager candidates should have a proven track record of overseeing care homes with excellent resident care delivery and CQC reports.

As Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager you will develop the home. You will oversee care planning and ensure that the home is as successful as possible.

Our client does not require the manager to hold a nurse qualification / NMC pin but candidates should have some nursing home management experience. Nurse qualified candidates are preferred, however, this is not essential. You should have an NVQ Level 5 qualification.

The successful Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Experienced care home manager
- Nurse qualification preferred, not essential
- Proven track record of successful care home management
- Proven success in the nursing home sector
- Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
- Dynamic & Enthusiastic
- Strong business management

Duties will include:
- Overall responsibility of the care home
- Staff management/appraisals/training within the home
- Care plans/reviews/meetings
- Budget management for the home
