Front Line Manager
Front Line Manager - Ecommerce and Fulfilment Warehouse - Sudbury
Our client a successful Ecommerce and Fulfilment company is looking to recruit a Front Line Manager to join their warehouse team based in Sudbury on a permanent basis.
As the Front Line Manager, you will be 1st point of contact for key accounts to discuss up and coming promotions or new stock so that you can forecast for space, orders staffing etc. You will be responsible for all your accounts orders and will have a small team to ensure that orders are correct and go out on time. You will be reporting to the Warehouse Manager and updating systems and spreadsheets.
You should have previous warehouse management / supervision experience and it is essential that you have E, COMM experience within a picking and packing environment. You must have excellent communications skills and be able to motivate a team when needed. This will be a hands-on role.
Salary: GBP22,000 - GBP25,000 per annum depending on experience
