IT Service Desk Engineer
I am currently partnering with a company based in Sheffield who work within the automotive sector. They are now looking for an IT Service Desk Engineer.
You will provide effective IT escalation point across all areas of the business in respect of general server and network support. You will be supporting and maintaining the existing users / devices on a day to day basis. You will also be given a laptop, docking stations, multiple screens and headset whilst working from home is part of the day to day.
The team have a great working culture, where everyone helps each other out, training is encouraged and the team are fun and sociable.
Key skills:
• Minimum 5 years experience providing ITIL Tier 2 Support
• Minimum 2 years experience with automated patching systems (iVanti, Solarwinds, SCCM, Comodo, GFI etc)
Desirable:
• Experience with Teams Telephony
• Experience with Power BI
They are offering GBP40,000, full training, equipment to be able to work from home, pension and other benefits.
