Our client is currently looking for a proactive and forward-thinking Technical Support Adviser that has a wealth of Pensions knowledge, to join them on an amazing growth journey. As a Technical Support Advisor, you'll be providing specialist technical support to both their internal team and external customers and guidance in relation to a range of Pension products and the surrounding legislation and regulation. You will also provide technical support on pension queries to the customer Services teams and the Business.

This role will be essential to support the business in a technical capacity, including providing support across projects, ensuring any changes in regulation/legislation are communicated clearly and provide up-to-date guidance, including the production of guides, on technical queries.

As part of the technical Advisor you will be responsible for the following:-

• Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of legislative/regulatory requirements and products, including Automatic Enrolment and other relevant rules to ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements, complaint and compliance rules and processes and to support the FCA Treating Customers Fairly guidelines, to minimise risk to the business and its customers. This includes representing the business at industry seminars.

• Acting as a point of contact for the Customer Services teams (in the main) to create solutions to customer issues and enhance the process and journey (referring improvements to the relevant areas when required), reducing queries into the teams.

We require you as a minimum to have the following:

• Previous experience in a Technical position or experience in a financial services environment

• A minimum of three financial services qualifications with CII and/or PMI

• Pro-active, 'can-do' behaviour and attitude

• Excellent verbal and written communicational skills

• Good accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to provide complex information in an easy to understand format

• Strong interpersonal relationship building skills

• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst achieving defined targets

• Organised and able to manage own workload

• Ability to understand, interpret and apply information from a wide range of sources
