The Role:

As a Customer Service Adviser, you will be working in very fast paced (but relaxed) environment.
Answering incoming calls from a variety of customers (wholesalers, contractors' architects etc.). The calls will be regarding things like product information, order inquiries, information regarding new product launches etc.
Could be dealing with 50-100 calls a day. Some calls might be a customer calling to check if an item is in stock and others might a longer and more in-depth be regarding a particular commercial project.
Some other responsibilities include, stock checking, order processing (no orders are placed over the phone, all are done via their portal, chasing couriers to check the status of the deliveries, calling customers to update them with regards to the status of their deliveries etc.
Once up and running you will be partnered up with a field sales rep, working in tandem on commercial projects, analysing sales data, placing orders, etc.
GBP17,000 - GBP22,000. Plus bonuses.

The Ideal Person:

Must have at least one year of customer service experience.
Must have experience of working with computer systems and the ability to adapt to their bespoke system.
Fun and outgoing personality in order to fit in with the rest of the team.
Ability to think on their feet and adapt to an ever changing environment.
