Staff365 are actively sourcing experienced machine operators from either an automated or FMCG background.
Our client is looking for individuals who have solid machine operating and monitioring experience but also candidates who have a desire to learn new skills and operations.
With the machinery onsite being not only bespoke but extremely sophisticated we are keen to speak with candidates who have a solid understanding of balancing quality with quantity whilst working to production targets and timescales.
You will be responsible for not only production output and helping the team exceed production targets but also liaising with maintenance to identify and rectify any common faults.
Safely operate, record and monitor production output from bespoke automated machinery.
Quality check finished products.
Record any issues and down time.
Highlight any preventative measures that can be made to aid consistent output.
Complete relevant production paperwork and enter information correctly using the company's bespoke system.
Hours of Work: Rotating Shift Patterns, Days (6am - 2pm) Afters (2pm - 10pm) and Nights (10pm - 6am, shift allowance for Nights)
