We are recruiting an experienced Shop Fitting Foreman to head up an installations team for an upcoming rollout across the UK.
The Role:
- Overseeing projects from start to finish
- Distribution of work
- Manpower management to ensure job is completed within the required deadlines
- Monitor job quality
- Implement and uphold health and safety practices
- Liaising with both the main contractor and customer
- Reporting progress back daily
- Weekends and night shifts will be required
Requirements:
- Experience managing teams
- Valid CSCS card
- Experience in shop fitting is essential
- Basic first aid training
- A smart phone for sign offs
- Experience using hand and power tools
- SMSTS
- Ability to travel nationwide to cover projects
- Full UK driving licence
