Remuneration: GBP45,000neg (depending on exp) + GBP8,000 bonus

The role of the Regional Sales Engineer - Water Drainage Systems will involve:

?? Technical field sales position, selling a high end manufactured range of water management systems

?? All of your time will be spent selling into civil contractors, main contractors , sub-contractors, highway contractors, rail contractors

?? Will be an element of specification work dealing with civil consultants, architects and engineers

?? Working on projects in the civils, building & infrastructure sectors such as: Highways, Airports,

?? Regular upkeep of CRM system and understanding of value engineering

?? Will be targeted on KPI's not revenue

?? Working on projects from GBP2k to GBP1m, with an average of GBP30k-GBP400k depending on project sizes

The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Engineer - Water Drainage Systems with:

?? Must have a proven track record and contacts within the contractor route to market with: civil contractors, main contractors , sub-contractors, highway contractors, rail contractors OR work for a contractor / architect with excellent product knowledge

?? Must have experience in the drainage / civils market ideally on projects in the Highways sector

?? Would consider someone from a drainage engineer background

?? Must be technically minded, understanding of civil engineering and building industry routines

?? Must be able to read engineering drawing and to communicate technical information

?? Ability to manage territory like its your own business

?? Organised, ability to follow projects through to completion

?? Hungry, dynamic and driven
