A renowned AJ100 Architectural practice recognised, both nationally and globally, as leaders in the field of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Information Management, are looking to recruit a talented Architectural BIM Consultant due to an exciting and rapidly expanding portfolio.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven and ambitious Information Manager / BIM Consultant, with demonstrable experience of operating and leading on multiple projects across a variety of sectors, to join a multi-award-winning team. Projects involve a mixture of working with clients, contractors and consultants and also include a number of research and development projects that are pushing the boundaries of current best-practice delivery. The role will combine the development of information requirements and helping teams to deliver against those requirements.

The successful BIM Consultant will possess a minimum of 5 years (post qualification) experience as well as a fantastic understanding of Autodesk Revit in order to support delivery teams with information delivery around open standards.

Other Requirements of BIM Consultant include:

The ability to work with a small team of passionate individuals internally, and, externally, with clients, consultants and contractors
Experience of delivering projects from the early projects stages through to handover
A strong understanding of national and international standards (including ISO19650)
Strong and practical knowledge of project delivery including understanding of procurement and contractual relationships etc.
A good understanding of open standards (including IFC, COBie and BCF) - will be beneficial

The location of the role is flexible and so you will have the opportunity to base yourself at either the London or Kent office (including an element of home working if desired) but travel to the Yorkshire office for regular team meetings will be required on an ongoing basis.

A highly attractive salary and benefits package would be on offer to the successful BIM Consultant, likely to be in the range of GBP36,000 - GBP44,000 per annum dependant on experience plus the following benefits:
