Position: Part-time - 20hrs per week (across 5 days)
Frequent Contacts: NEC Functional Directors, Senior Functional Leadership Teams, Business Support Team, Employee Services Team, Regional PAs, EUAU Marketing, Customers & External Agency Partners.
Dimension of the Role
The main scope of the role is to provide effective and efficient support to the Sales, Marketing, Category & SRM Directors and their functions within the NEC.
Main duties include:
* Complex proactive Calendar Management for the three directors - anticipating conflicts, prioritizing, building in sufficient space and thinking time etc
* Co-ordination of functional Leadership Team meetings
* Coordination of quarterly/annual functional meetings e.g. Commercial Conference, Sales Edge, Marketing Circles, MDD
* Supporting HD sponsorship of Wimbledon - ticket allocation, customer hospitality, coordination of pre-Wimbledon customer meetings etc
* Coordination of inductions for new starters, working with line managers to ensure new employees connect with the right people and have what they need to be adding value asap.
* Expenses management for Functional Directors
* Effective cascade of information and follow up with Functional Leadership Teams
* Support for the wider Marketing, Sales, Category & SRM teams where necessary.
* Effectively manage stakeholders and key contacts
* Support of all Admin function activities as required
