Head Chef required for a 130 cover gastropub located in Cumbria.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced head chef or a sous looking to step up to take the reigns in a fast paced environment with a focus fresh, local produce.
Expereince of working within a 2 rossete standard environment is desirable.
Temporary live-in is available.
What we need from you
• To have head chef experience in busy gastro/fast paced environments.
• Have good motivational skills and team management.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Be able to maintain a high and professional service.
• Adhere to strict hygiene control throughout the kitchen
