Quality Auditor

Immediate work is available at our client's busy food production site producing best in class soups for major high street retailers and supermarkets. The purpose-built site currently employs around 200 people and is a fast-paced, dynamic environment, making it a great place to work.

Staffline is recruiting for a Quality Auditor to work in Grimsby.

The rate of pay is GBP8.72 to GBP9.38 per hour. Overtime is available and paid at GBP11.60 to GBP11.81per hour.

You will be required to work continental shifts, in the following pattern:

- 2 days on
- 2 nights on
- 4 shifts off

Typically, shifts are 12-hours long and run from 6am to 6pm, or 6pm to 6am. However, you will be required to be flexible to meet the demands of the business

Your Time at Work

As a Quality Auditor, you will be the key point of contact for any technical queries from site team and respond with appropriate advice.

You will also be responsible for:

- Ensuring all materials and packaging coming onto site are safe and meet customer and food safety requirements
- Assisting in the production of safe food, which meets customer requirements by ensuring raw materials using in the process are to the correct specification
- Undertake key interactions with Operations, Technical and planning to ensure that Production is ran safely, efficiently and effectively and to minimise downtime.
