The Role
The typical day of a Line Operative involves working in a small team to all achieve a common goal working closely with the Team Leader and Quality Control to achieve the best we can and supply the customer with what the standard of product they require. We manufacture lots of different products within the business; we make over 30 products in any one 12-hour shift so there is lots of variety.

Tasks can vary within the business such as hand shaping / stretching products, applying toppings to products, ensuring that products are sized correctly, feeding the product through a flow wrapper, and disposing of waste all using a clean as you go process.

The role is an entry-level position within the business, and you do not require any experience and full training will be provided. It's a platform to build a solid work history from a large multinational company who pride themselves on giving people a chance to reach their potential.
