The successful solicitor will be joining a small but very busy team working in the family law department and take on a varied caseload across all aspects of family law but with particular emphasis on children matters.

Responsibilities

• Parental responsibility
• Care orders
• Special guardianship orders
• Financial remedies
• Divorce and separation
• Conducting advocacy in hearings
• Participating in business development initiatives

The Candidate

• A 2-4 years PQE solicitor
• Be familiar with Legal Aid work
• A desire to grow and progress within childcare
