We are working with a busy and expanding Independent Financial Advice organisation that is looking to bring in a Pension Administrator to assist with an increasing workload.
You will not be required to sell or advise pension solutions as this position will involve speaking directly with new clients who have their preferred products agreed, so an excellent phone manner is required.
Key responsibilities will include :
Providing a detailed introduction to new clients on procedures and fees.
General case handling administration.
Document management and updating.
Customer service involving case updates directly with clients.
Chasing Pension providers for relevant data and case progression.Suitable applicants will have experience of working as a Pension Administrator and have a detailed knowledge of technical terminology related to Defined Benefit and Final Salary pensions.
You will be an excellent communicator and be able to establish rapport quickly with clients over the phone and be detail orientated and highly organised.
This a temporary contract position with a genuine opportunity to be hired in a permanent capacity, as has been proven with this organisation in the past
