Great Administration opportunity within our amazing jewellery repairs workshop!
Do you have good administration skills and experience or interest in the jewellery industry?
If so we'd like to hear from you!
We have 2 opportunities available for Administrators to join our busy jewellery repairs workshop in a Repairs Coordinator role.
Working within our Repairs workshop in the Birmingham Service Centre as Repairs Coordinator you will assist in delivering a support service as a key part of one of the UK's largest single site Jewellery & Watch repair functions.
You will be responsible for the control and allocation of the team's repair workload including the accurate receipt, logging, estimating, flow control and dispatching of customer repairs.
This is a busy customer facing role where organisation and attention to detail. Other general duties may include booking items in for repair, data entry, opening deliveries, taking photos of items as they arrive, etc.
Suitable applicants will be experienced in the following:
Excellent PC literact with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Good attention to detail
A methodical approach to tasks
Experience or a keen interest in jewellery
