Factory Operative

gap personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for a flat pack assembly factory operative for a temp to perm assignment based in Exeter.
As a flat pack assembly factory operative you will be joining a bespoke manufacturing company that prides itself on the quality of its products, its high level of customer service and customer satisfaction. You will be confident in the use of hand tools, working to targets and ensuring quality at all times.
Reporting directly to the Factory Manager you will be responsible for:

• Working from drawings in bthe assembly of units and cabinets
• Meet production targets and deadlines
• Identify product defects and damages
• Ensure all finished products meet exacting quality checks

The working week is Monday to Friday, 7am - 3.30pm with a pay rate of GBP9.00 per hour. This position is advertised as a temp to perm opportunity where you will complete a 12 week assignment through gap personnel Exeter before transferring to a permanent position after completing your probationary period. gap personnel can also provide you with 2 ways to register with us:
