Machine Setter

We are currently seeking a machine setter to join a medical company in Herefordshire.

The company are keen for an entry level machine setter to join their team as soon as possible. Ideally the right candidate will have basic machine experience or have worked in a medical or food production environment. Due to the location, a driving licence will be essential as the company are based just outside of Hereford centre.

The main duties of the role are:

• Operating production machinery and packing of products
• Quality control and reporting any flaws/faults
• Processing paperwork in a timely manner
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages (word and excel)

The position will be based in the medical department so good hygiene is vital.

The working hours will be 7.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday. The pay rate will initially be GBP8.72 increasing to GBP10+ after training has been conducted. The job is a temporary to permanent position.
