We resource, recruit and mobilise large-scale workforces to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients. Working in a fast-growing company, you will be a core contact for our client and worker requirements, so a passionate, driven and flexible attitude is vital.
This position will require the successful candidate to work on a 3 on 3 off shift pattern, working a mixture of early and late shifts. (Late shifts are 6pm - 6am and early shifts are 6am - 6pm)
The Onsite Recruitment Coordinator Role
Working as part of a fast-paced onsite team, focusing on helping candidates find the best jobs you will be involved in:
Being a key point of contact for the workers on the shop floor, dealing with any queries quickly and efficiently - providing a positive customer experience
Fulfilling daily volume requirements in line with client deadlines; including the recruitment and selection of workers
Inputting and checking data for weekly payroll ensuring accuracy
Being responsible for administration processes such as change requests and absences
Managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposes
Who are we looking for?
Experience within the recruitment industry is ideal but not essential
Experience working within a team leader capacity would be desirable
The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills
You will have a customer-centric mindset, always putting people first
A resilient, driven and flexible approach
You will be able to build and maintain effective relationships with both clients and customers
