HR Advisor

Major Recruitment are working with our client based in letchworth in Hertforshgire and wee are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our clients busy HR team team who are committed to providing a first class, pro-active service. The successful candidate will be a real people person who enjoys working as part of a team and is happy to get involved in all aspects of HR.

The main purpose of the role will be to assist with end to end employee relations issues, training and recommending/designing improvements in line with our 5 year strategy. The role will involve travel to all of our sites.

Key Responsibilities;

Case management including providing advice, guidance and support on disciplinary, absence, capability and grievances
Policy and process review including providing recommendations on improvements and adaptations in line with best practice and employment law
To provide statistical data/reporting for benchmarking and to identify areas for improvement
To design and carry out training in line with key People objectivesKey Skills;

Good knowledge and understanding of UK employment Law
Ability to influence at all levels
Strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Resilient and able to work under pressure
Experience in the compilation of statistical data would be preferredExperience;

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a HR Advisor role or equivalent
Level 3 CIPD or equivalent
