Senior Lettings Negotiator - Camden
GBP14K + Commission GBP40k ote and Company Car
Working hours: 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday - 1 in 3 Saturday 9.30am to 4pm.
Our Client a high profile London Agent is looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator for their branch. You must be enthusiastic and responsible with strong lettings experience, a real passion for what you do. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years' solid lettings experience, someone who can confidently conduct valuations and has aspirations and the ability to manage their own office within 12 months.
Duties will include:
* Registering applicants details & requirements using our clients property software and keep in regular contact with them
* Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants
* Answer telephone and email enquiries
* Monitor and maintain up to date property availability
* Register new tenancies.
* Update and maintain files ensuring that our terms of business, tenancy agreements etc are present and correct.

* Local area knowledge
