Now these guys need somebody to manage all this work, and 'run the show' from the plant. What sort of people are we looking for?

Industrial Ventilation Systems Engineering experience is essential (sorry but knowing what a fan looks like won't cut it).
*
Ideal knowledge: Electric motors, impellers, system curves and fluid dynamics.
*
People with an understanding of airflow and air movement and the ability to calculate airflow requirements of applications including a selection of fan types
*
If you're a nice person that enjoys a laugh and has some integrity, that'll probably help too.
