My Loughborough based client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join them on a fixed term 3 month contract, working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (35 hours per week), paying GBP9.89 per hour.
The role will be varied, but dealing predominantly with applications and responding to queries. You will:
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
* Update information accurately on in-house systems and social media
* Process applications
* Responding via ticketing system
Applications are invited from candidates with previous administration or customer service experience. Excellent communication and IT skills essential.
