Factory Operative

There are immediate starts for Factory Operatives at our prestigious client's chocolate factory.

Staffline is recruiting for a Factory Operative to work in Huntington.

The rate of pay is GBP8.72 per hour. Overtime is available at GBP13.08 per hour.

There are rotating shift patterns. The hours of work are:

- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm
- 10pm to 6am

You will be required to be flexible to meet the demands of the business.

Your Time at Work
As a Factory Operative at a chocolate factory, you will be expected to:

- Remove chocolates from containers
- Pack chocolates into boxes
- Decorate chocolates
- Transport ingredients around the site
- Build up pallets with chocolate boxes
- Refill machines and clean components

This role involves lifting and standing for long periods. You must also complete relevant paperwork accurately.

Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal Factory Operative has a good understanding of English, both verbal and written in order to complete paperwork when needed.

A certain level of physical fitness is required as this role involves lifting and standing for the duration of your shift.

You must be punctual, able to work accurately at pace and happy to complete repetitive tasks.

No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided.
