Sales Ledger Accounts Assistant - Export/Logistics

Outsource UK have partnered with a global client of ours who are looking at adding an Accounts Assistant who has experience with Sales Ledger to their Finance team due to growth.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Monitor the banking system for incoming multiple currency payments and liaise with colleagues, customers, and third-party providers to ensure they are actioned/allocated accordingly
Manually prepare sales invoices and credit notes as and when required
Manage and be involved in setting up various payment terms for customer accounts, including but not limited to pre-payments, Letters of Credit, Cash Against Documents and direct paymentsCandidates wishing to apply for the role should have:
Experience and competence in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Access and other web-based systems.
Sales ledger accounts experience is essential.
