Family and Divorce Solicitor
Family and Divorce Solicitor required to join our busy and well-respected client in their Colchester Office. This firm has multiple offices with ambitious expansion plans in place, therefore there are excellent prospects on offer for you to develop your career and progress within a friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity to join there expanding team to work as a Family and Divorce specialist. As a Family and Divorce Solicitor you will be joining a solid team that works collaboratively across their two office locations and in conjunction with other departments within the firm to ensure client satisfaction.
The Role:
This is a permanent full-time role, for a confident Family and Divorce Solicitor, offering exposure to an interesting and varied caseload of privately funded complex matters.
You will be actively encouraged to participate in innovative marketing and business development activities
Developing and maintaining networks for securing new clients for you and the team.
Advising clients on all aspects of family law, from cohabitation agreements and civil partnerships to divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, financial and property issues, and arrangements for children.
The Person
You will be a Family and Divorce Solicitor with 3 PQE + (There is no upper limit in PQE)
Possess an excellent technical knowledge for a range of matters in regards to family law
A strong regional reputation and contacts is highly advantageous
Broad knowledge across all areas of private Family matters including, Divorce, Financial Disputes, Children, Prenuptial and Postnuptial agreements, Civil Partnerships and Injunctions
