To provide schedule management & project controls expertise necessary to support successful delivery and management of the Programme.
To identify key project delivery issues & cross-discipline dependencies and provide valuable, unbiased insight at all levels within the operational hierarchy; serving to anticipate project outcomes and to positively influence the project decision making process.
?? Produce and maintain detailed, cradle to grave work package delivery schedules using Primavera P6, identify & coordinate the tasks dependencies across a multi-discipline (EPC), multi-partner and geographically dispersed operating environment.
?? Provide leadership within a team of planners to maintain the Integrated Master Schedule and sustain a consistent and collaborative planning approach.
?? Interface directly with delivery personnel for all matters relating to schedule management and analysis to ensure timely and accurate provision of schedule data.
?? Manage the month end process to produce accurate, timely and relevant information to enable reporting on performance
?? Produce detailed, broad ranging reports from day to day work plans to high level programme dashboards and Key Result Areas (KRAs) that support all stakeholders to make informed decisions
?? Support the Monthly Performance Review (MPR) with timely information to report on programme performance, key deliverables, Earned Value Management, scenario planning and critical path and float analysis.
?? Provide ad-hoc reports as required by the project team and other stakeholders
?? Manage the Contract Baseline and Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) change process.
?? Actively mentor and support junior members of the team, provide a challenging environment to maximise development opportunities and potential
?? Proactively seek opportunities to drive efficiency changes
?? Administration of the Primavera planning tool and hosting environment
Keep up to date with current and new Planning techniques, technologies and initiatives which may have a benefit for the business
