1st/2nd Line Service Desk Engineer - Initial 6 week contract GBP130 - GBP150/day rate - inside IR35 - Cambridge - Microsoft, Windows O/S, Windows 10, Office 365, ITIL
We are seeking a 1st/2nd line engineer to support the desktop function for a busy office based in central Cambridge. You will have excellent customer service skills and have experience in an ITIL environment working across Windows operating systems.
As Service Desk Engineer you will be:
-ITIL experienced
-Experienced in a service desk environment
-Experienced across Windows 10 and Office 365
-Experienced in remote support
-High level of technical skills, troubleshooting PC hardware, software & networking issues
-
-to perform daily operational tasks such as server checks, system backups and data transfer routines
-Carry out change management processes to the required standards when dealing with user requests
