They are looking to recruit a solicitor to specialise in defendant fitness to practise work. You will work in a well established team under the supervision of an experienced partner. However, you will have control of your own caseload with responsibility for preparing and planning case strategy, interviewing key witnesses, preparing the case for trial and attending trial with counsel.

You will be assisted by your own paralegal who you will supervise and be able to delegate tasks to.
