An excellent opening for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join one of the region's top firms.

Our client has a superb reputation for its commercial work, a reputation which has led to the firm being extremely busy during the downturn advising high profile clients.

You are likely to have a solid background in commercial work, having trained and worked at a recognised regional or City firm. You will be dealing with a full range of commercial work including commodity sale, purchases, supply and distribution arrangements, construction and operation documentation, shareholder/consortium arrangements, share / asset sale and purchase agreements. Some experience of finance (debt and security) documentation and intellectual property would be an advantage. Our client has a particular focus on the renewables, technology and innovation sectors. Evidence of some experience or a passion for these sectors would be an advantage.

You will be working closely with lead partners and the role will enable you to develop client relationships and get involved in business development whilst carrying out exceptional quality work.
