Senior Data Engineer - Permanent - London - GBP60k
Austin Fraser are proud to be working with an up and coming company who offer a fantastic web application in the beauty industry. This is an invitation only platform for beauty professionals to publish their work and manage their bookings. The aim of the business is to enable people to run their business efficiently and have a more effective way of working.
Due to expansion in the team they are now looking to bring in an experienced Data engineer on a permanent basis to join their team based in London. A large proportion of their projects require end-to-end development, therefore a keen eye for detail is necessary.
Skills:
-Hands on Python experience
-Support the development and maintenance of scalable data that is needed for business analysis
-Creating software for retrieving, parsing and processing structured and unstructured data.
-Developing scripts and programs for converting various types of data into usable formats.
-Defining and building scalable ETL/ELT workflows for reporting and analytics.
-Supporting the project team to scale, monitor and operate data platforms for very high availability and performance.
-Ability to work on site in London
The successful developer will be placed in a stylish area of London and work with a company who are very technical but also have a great culture within their team. You will have regular team lunches, free snacks and work in central London.
