We are seeking an experienced IT professional who has excellent infrastructure and IT knowledge to take on this brand new role.
You will be joining a growing and dynamic team, and will be taking the lead on IT changes, service transition and configuration across the business. Working closely with project team, IT operations and the rest of the support team, you will be using your ITIL knowledge to build new asset and changing existing ones within the CMDB.
Responsibilities
- Act as day to day lead within the change function
- Build and change IT assets
- Become the escalation point for change requesters
- Bring in and share ITIL knowledge across the team
- Work closely with project teams
Key Competencies
- ITIL v3 qualified
- Significant experience in IT change management and service transition
- Experience in configuration, with tools such as Active Directory or SCCM
- Good knowledge of IT and infrastructure environments
- Excellent comminicator
