We are looking for an experienced TFM Account Manager with a strong track record in the delivery of Hard Services + Soft Services within a blue-chip corporate environment. This role will see you working for a Globally recognised Facilities Management & Property Management business.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience in managing a self-delivered TFM business model and have experience in managing a multi-site contract.
The Account Manager will be responsible for the delivery of M&E, Fabric, Cleaning, Security & Small Works across a corporate portfolio.
We are looking for a commercially and financially astute individual with experience of managing a multimillion P&L account. A strong background in Health & Safety and Compliance is also essential.
