Mobile Maintenance Plumber
Location: Peterborough
Salary: GBP30-GBP32k per annum
Package: OT after 41.25 hours & Sat x1.5 & x2 Sunda y
Call out 1 in 10, door to door call plus standing payment of GBP70
Holidays: 23 days holiday plus stats
Travel paid less 30 mins each way
Van and fuel card

Our client :
A large growing FM Company, has an immediate requirement for a maintenance plumber to work on a specific commercial contract across Cambs/Lincs. All works within a 30/40 mile radius of Peterbrough.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all reactive Plumbing and heating work.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Undertake all Maintenance on site that is Mechanical and plumbing work
Working closely with the scheduling department ensuring all Maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion
Confident dealing with day to day issues on site ensure your work is carried out efficiently and effectively
Types of work includes repairing/replacing: Taps, radiators, valves, pipework, water heaters toilets, basins etc.
Must be able to be organised, help other engineers and be good at basic fabric tasks
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Commercial Maintenance environment
Relevant Plumbing Qualification to level 2 minimum
F-gas of benefit but not essential
Good understanding of fabric maintenance
Confident working to deadlines
Full, clean driving licence
