What are we looking for?
Chubb is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to join the Fire Consultancy team in Blackburn (BB1 2PR). The main goal of this role is to provide an efficient administration service to support the Customer Service Team in ensuring that all customer requirements are delivered in a professional and timely manner and that the department maintains an excellent reputation for customer care.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Accurate and timely booking of contract launch documentation
Proactive management of outstanding assessments and courses relative to processed orders
Extensive internal and external customer liaison to resolve queries
Proof reading and production of risk assessment documentation
Daily invoicing of fire consultancy orders
Managing to conclusion, varied types of telephone and email enquiries
To be successful in this role you will:

Possess prior experience of customer service in a high volume environment
Demonstrate a professional attitude and exemplary customer service skills
Have a good level of IT literacy
