This well know telecomms company based in Wolverhampton is looking for a Sales Manager - desk based to manage the day to day operations of the internal sales team and drive team sales, KPIs and customer service targets.
This is prdominantly an office based role and you must have experience within Telecomms in a similar role managing a team and a working knowledge of Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve combined team sales targets
* Prepare, own and develop sales plans for the team
* Responsible for all team reporting
* Monitor, measure and manage the day to day activity, including call numbers and sales
* Perform and record 1:1 meetings
* Be able to sell the full range of products and services keeping informed on any changes and pricing
* Assist in creating leads for other areas of the business
* Through call monitoring and coaching, ensure a positive customer experience is achieved
* Manage customer complaints in line with process
* Ensure customer orders are dealt with efficiently and right first time
* Constructively work as part of one sales team, sharing ideas, knowledge and resources to help build a first class sales force.
* Utilise resources to achieve results for the business and for the customer.
* To contribute positively to your own personal development through participation in coaching, training, and job shadowing
Candidate:
* Sales and telecoms experience
* Proficient with Salesforce
* Be driven, determined & self-motivated
* Strong relationship building skills
* Be able to work as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Able to identify, generate and close new business
* Flexible approach to meet business requirements
