The company

My client are a highly regarded business who operate nationally manufacturing premium quality products to an extensive list of key customers.

Due to recent growth, my client wish to appoint an experienced, organised and resilient HR Officer to support the group HR function.

The role

You will report directly to the HR Manager and will be responsible for the following:

* Covering all aspects of the recruitment process including:

* Generating all new starter documentation

* Submitting relevant payroll monthly

* Creating and updating job descriptions

* Providing support to other sites nationally both verbally and administratively

* Maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies

* Auditing personnel files

The person

The ideal candidate will be very familiar with the recruitment process, be very process driven and have a great attention to detail. You will be self-motivated and a strong communicator with passion and desire to develop and grow within a thriving, robust business.

The skills

* Previous HR experience including dealing with disciplinary's, grievances and other employee-related policies and processes

* Recruitment background desirable

* Previous manufacturing experience highly desirable

* High level of administrative experience

* Strong influencing skills
