WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Working with our talented support team, you will be managing first line technical support queries, resolving technical faults and escalating where necessary. With your previous knowledge of Office 365 / Windows Server / Networking, you will be providing support to our customers.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE???..
Office 365 / Windows Server
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise workload efficientlyTO BE CONSIDERED???..
