As part of our Client's continued growth we are recruiting a Personal Injury Claims Handler to join one of their busy teams.
You will have the experience and confidence to handle your own caseload of Personal Injury Claims from inception to finish including litigation of Claims.
This is a great opportunity to develop your Claims Handling knowledge and skills in a fast moving, complex and high profile market.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Evaluate Personal Injury Claims with a value of damages up to GBP25,000
Assessing liability efficiently
Litigating Claims
Arrange engineer inspections
Instructing Medical experts for medico-legal examinations
Advising and instructing Counsel as and when required
Drafting Legal Proceedings accurately
Advising Clients on settlements
Considering rehabilitation needs of ClientsTo be successful in this role you will need:
Injury Claims Handling experience - ideally 1 years+
Methodical and accurate approach to work, with excellent organisation skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in a busy environment, demonstrating organisation and prioritisation skills
