1st Line IT Support Technician - Watford - GBP22-27,000pa - Entry Level
1st Line IT Support Technician required for a leading IT consultancy in the Watford area. My client are looking for an IT support technician with an eagerness to learn, good phone manner, and customer service skills. The IT support technician be technically competent and ideally someone with 6 months+ experience in a similar service role. You'll be the first line of support for my clients various partners over email and occasionally on the phone so both written and spoken communication is imperative.
My client can also offer plenty of career development and will give you the chance to pick up new skills and the possibility of moving into a career in infrastructure, development, or management.
