Collections Advisor
We are currently working with a leading organisation based in Accrington. The business is going from strength to strength and due to this they have created a number of brand new job opportunities for Collections advisors to join the organisation.
Salary: GBP17'860 per annum plus amazing benefits (Large savings on products)
Location: Accrington
Rota'd 4 week shift pattern working between Monday & Saturday (Latest finish time 8pm)
Job involves:
* Responsible for reviewing accounts and contacting customers who have missed payments
* Build rapport with customers providing empathy and compassion in a professional manner.
* Speaking with customers offering support.
